Hi Karen,
Yesterday, 09/08/2023, was truly a milestone day to be able to finally date and sign our newly "revised and updated" Morton Family Trust. As you know, Marlene and I are recent CA transplants to Castle Rock, CO. I knew I needed an "update" to our Trust, but I didn't have a clue as to where to find a "great" Trust Attorney. After seeking advice from all our neighbors...to no avail; and, who all are too young anyway!! I then happened to be looking through our new issue of "Neighbors of Northeast Castle Rock" and, on page 2, there you were! I called your office ASAP to make our first of two appointments. After our first visit, I knew, immediately, I had made the right choice. That being said... thank you, in particular, and your entire staff, for meeting with Marlene and me, listening at length to all our many concerns and questions. You then proceeded and produced an updated and revised Morton Family Trust which exceeded our expectations, and more than met all our concerns, and answered all those questions. Again, we both, including our two sons, Mike and Mark, sincerely can't thank you all enough for our new Morton Family Trust guidelines for going forward from yesterday to the future; and, a "huge" burden that is finally off my shoulders and behind us!

We visited for a 3-year review of our trust and living will and Karen was very understanding our issues and concerns. She is assisting us make some modifications to our current documents, she was very helpful and offered some suggestions for our consideration.
